Latest from the Health Centre
Update on Covid-19 Vaccinations Dear Patient, At the beginning of December, along with three other local GP surgeries we began to deliver the Covid-19 vaccination to our patients. From the Health Centre – Shortage of Testing
Shortage of Covid Testing in Devon We are experiencing some problems with accessing COVID-19 testing in Devon as a result of national laboratory capacity for analysing tests being directed to areas elsewhere with a higher prevalence of COVID-19 cases. This is a national issue. As a result, the Devon CCG are working hard to put additional local arrangements in place to boost our local testing availability until national testing capacity can be increased. If you have symptoms please book a test as normal via the government website. If you are unable to book a slot please email d-ccg.devon.urgenttesting@nhs.net and you will be contacted by someone who will direct you…

Flu Vaccinations
From The Health Centre We hope you are all well. As you may be aware it is coming quickly to flu season for which we encourage at-risk groups (including older people, pregnant women and people with an underlying physical health condition) to have the annual vaccination for protection against influenza. Please be assured, we are expecting a large amount of the vaccine to arrive with us at the surgery closer to the end of September at which point we will be making this known it is available. . Please do bear with us at this time and stay safe!
