Riding for St John's Church, North Bovey!

Your support for me taking part in the Devon Ride & Stride day on Sat 14th September to raise funds for the upkeep of North Bovey church would be enormously appreciated.  I hope to visit about a couple of dozen of Devon’s parish churches, mainly in the west of the county, and in the course of the day may be covering 50 miles or possibly more (here’s hoping anyway), weather always permitting.

I am suggesting that sponsors pledge either a set amount per church visited or per mile covered.  To join me with your support, you may either add your name to a sponsorship form at the Ring of Bells (thanks, Richard!) or to the one in the church – on the table by the pillar facing you as you enter.

Or you may have received a flier with or without a copy of IN TOUCH (aka the parish magazine).  The flier invites your support – but if you have not received a flier, you just need to let me know you wish to sponsor me, by emailing me at: lionel@homebound.org.uk or by phoning me on 01647 440113*.  I will then inform you after 14th Sept how many churches I visited, and miles I covered.
