Craft Fair this Saturday
CRAFT FAIR – Saturday 18th May – 11 am to 2.30 pm – our Village Hall light refreshments ~ lunches ~ tea ~ coffee ~ cakes etc. in aid of St. John’s Church. There are 18 stalls selling an amazing variety of gorgeous gifts – we have handmade vintage treasures, cards, plants, cakes, honey products, Neal’s Yard Remedies, knitting for all the family, pet beds, silver & precious stones jewellery, hand-printed silk scarves, preserves and much much more … there’s even a special table WHERE CHILDREN CAN CREATE THEIR OWN TREASURES, there’s an opportunity for adults to try their hand at spinning and we have a Collectables Corner where you’ll…

Craft Fair
Plans are going well for the Craft Fair and you will soon see posters etc. around the village. We have decided to have a Collectables Corner to which you are invited to contribute. Items should be things you want to sell – such as you might choose to sell on ebay but by selling on our table you’ll avoid having to parcel them up. We suggest you deliver them to Rockleigh with your name and how much you would wish us to charge. We suggest you allow 10% (or anything up to 100%) for the church and we’ll let you have the balance. Cycling & Walking Festival 5th May – Star Rides
A Sunday of cycling & walking activities to celebrate the long awaited opening of the spectacular Town Quay Bridge across the River Teign, & connecting path to Kingsteignton! Part of the first phase of a trail to be built along the Teign Estuary to the coast, part of the National Cycle Network, the vision was to form safe connecting cycle routes between our towns & cities. Inspired by this idea, led rides are being organised on the morning of the 5th from towns and villages across Teignbridge to the celebration event at Old Forde House grounds, and returning afterwards.
