Time To Talk

Good morning,

I hope you are still staying safe and well during these strange times.

Time to Talk are still available via telephone and webcam listening services for a chat or to get information and advice for those who are in need or would like someone to talk to. Their focus is on people with disabilities or long-term health conditions, but if you feel you are someone who is struggling and need someone to talk to, then please do get in contact directly with Time to Talk as they are happy to help.

The phone line is open Tuesday to Thursday 10am – 4pm. 

They also give opportunity for local disabled people to come together as a group, at informal meetings, to talk about what is important to them with an aim to improve well-being by reducing loneliness and isolation.

The groups are led by what people would like to talk about in a supportive environment, where solutions can be found.
