Following a wonderful and positive response, with many helpful ideas and contacts, this is where we now are :
1. The Ring o’Bells, After today, the Ringers will open on just Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday of next week and then reviewed again, based on demand and the situation. Open that is, for take-a-ways and meals suitable for the freezer. Order before 4 pm and if not open on that day, give your requirements by email – mail@ringofbells.net 
Richard is doing his level best to provide a service, keep his staff employed and respect the current situation.
The menu is relevant to today and next week only and is on the next post.

Bread can be available too – order day before need.
2. Newspapers/magazines & DIY in Moreton. Ring Larry on 441202. Cash/Credit Card/Cheque or weekly credit available. Daily collections are made to the box in the Church entrance; again, if not collecting yourself, please contact one of the volunteers listed below.
3. Whites Greengrocers in Moreton. Ring Alice on 440618. Cash/Credit Card/Cheque. Weekly deliveries on a Thursday. For collection on other days, contact one of the volunteers listed below. Also can deliver bread with your order.
4. Butcher & Deli in Moreton. Ring Mike on 440267 . Cash/Cheque/Credit Card and up to monthly credit available by arrangement. Weekly deliveries to North Bovey otherwise by contacting one of the Volunteers listed below. Will include anything normally available in the shop – milk, bread, spices etc.
5. Co-op. in Moreton. 440253.Cash/cheque/Credit Card or deposit say £50 with the manager who will hold this for you, deducting your bill and handing receipt+purchases to you or your volunteer.
6. Chemist in Moreton. 440234.Cash/Credit Card. Do check repeat prescriptions well in advance. Ask one of the volunteers listed below to arrange collection and delivery. Julie Everett (221366) has offered advice on medicines, out of hours.
7. Dog Walking. The following have offered to help, so do ring them direct:     Tina Barrington 440905. Petula Chaplin 440003. Becks Hilton 441444. Miranda Bruce 441021 for any Dog or Horse in need.
8. Regular telephone contact to a nominated list of residents. The following have offered to help with this and we will separately contact them to discuss arrangements & identify those concerned.    Mike & Sarah Rego, Caroline Webster, Pam Manning, Jean Murray, Chris & Ian Caston, Wendy Keesom, Chris Johnson, Angela Hubble & Sharon Davis. 9. Ring for a chat. It goes without saying that as this crisis deepens, communication will be increasingly important and it is hoped everybody receiving this message will feel able to phone at least one NB resident, perhaps somebody you don’t know very well.

11. Medical questions. Robert & Louise Tulloh, new owners of Gatehouse, are both doctors and have offered to answer any medical concerns. Email Rob on :  Robert.Tulloh@bristol.ac.uk  – suggest you state your concern and give your telephone number.
12. Finally, if you wish to help others in anyway, please email to Jenkin957@btinternet.com. There are a number of locals who are already doing so much for others – they too will need our back-up.
