Just a reminder that to reduce trips to the surgery and comply with social distancing we are using telephone or video consultations, these are charged at half the normal cost and if you do subsequently have to attend the surgery this is taken off the consultation fee. 

Often it is easier to send some pictures in advance and then chat on the phone, one of the biggest challenges can be getting good “eye” photos – luckily the team at Small Animal Referral Hospital Langford Vets University of Bristol have come up with this handy fact sheet.
