Wood on the Village Green!

Hello NB people

As you will notice, the tree on the Green has been cut down to just below the scar from the branch which was affected by the high winds. There is now a lot of wood on the Green.

The Parish Council has a big bill for the work that’s just taken place this morning (Saturday 13 January).  We’re hoping that the tree will have a new lease of life, given that it’s dormant at the moment, and that there will be regrowth.  We’ll see in due course!

If you would like some wood, please take it, and offer a donation to the Parish Council.  I’m happy to collect donations, or contact Ed Pollard.
