Fair Meeting Next Wednesday!

Hi everyone,
I’ve organised a meeting for all comers to discuss the Fair on Saturday 18th July.
Next Wednesday 6th May 7.00pm in the Parish Hall.

The objectives are:

1) To allocate the many responsibilities among our keen and eager bunch of volunteers to make this year’s Fair to be another huge success.
2) To get other ideas of what we can do on the day to raise more money , either for this time around or the future.
3)  To discuss the “governance” of the Fair. E.G. Should there be a more formal committee ? If yes, what should the roles be and how are they “elected” . . . or is all that just too formal?

I have sent this to people I have contact details for but the idea is for anyone who is interested to come along and share their views and / or offer their support.
So please forward this to other people you know would be interested.

I realise not everyone will be able to attend so if you can’t please still give me your views and indeed volunteer support for either on the day or things before hand. For example “Publicity” is quite a big job that could be done even if you can’t attend . . . and , yes, that is called a plea!!
