Winter Road conditions

You may have noticed grey DCC salt bags at the roadside near potential icy patches on the road from The Village to Bughead Cross.
These bags were distributed by Conservation Group Volunteers as DCC no longer provides a salt bag distribution.
You will need a small shovel in your vehicle to enable you to spread salt from these bags or the large salt bins on icy surfaces to help you get mobile again.
If any Parishioners require further salt bags for highways use in their locality, supplies are available on request.
