The Elderfields are looking to move house this year and would appreciate your help should you hear of anywhere appropriate before it hits the open market.
Stone Cross Cottage is perfect for us other than we need a little more outside space for the kids and the dog(s).
We love the village and the immediate vicinity so our preference is to find something local, though we would consider anything that is still within striking distance of Tavistock where the kids go to school.
We are looking for minimum 4 bedrooms, 2/3 ground floor rooms and at least 2 acres of gardens.
