    Friends of St John’s Invitation

    Sadly, the dinner being organised by the Friends of St John’s at the Horse on Tuesday 7th December will now not be happening. With very few positive replies linked to the concerns over Covid-19 and the new variant it has been agreed to cancel the event. We’re sorry to those who did reply positively.   On a lighter note, the North Bovey Quiz returns on Friday 28th January.  Full details to follow.

    Pizwell Farm visits to North Bovey

    This message is from Sue Martin, from Pizwell Farm, who generally comes to North Bovey on a Friday afternoon from 2.30pm for half an hour or so, to sell meat and vegetables too. Hello all Just to bring you all up to date about our visits to North Bovey over the next couple of months. We will be there on Friday this week as usual with fresh beef, frozen lamb chops and pork sausages. Please order if there is something special you need as some bits are sold out.
