Do you have a green bin for garden refuse?

As you may be aware the first subscription period of the new garden waste collection service is coming to an end on 31^st August 2016.

 

We have been sending renewals notices to existing subscribers over the last 4 weeks and the final batch will be sent out this week. To avoid gaps in the collection service we are asking existing subscribers to renew before 26^th August.

 

Residents who haven’t yet signed up to the service, but would like us to start collecting their garden waste are also able to sign up for the new 12 month subscription period starting on 1^st September 2017.

 

It would be very helpful if you could possibly communicate this reminder message to your local residents on your website, if applicable, or in any publications that your local residents receive in August or September. I have attached a copy of the notification that was displayed in local newspapers last week which you may wish to use.
