Prison Recall
| Police are trying to locate a 35-year-old man who is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his release conditions. Ashley Drake was sentenced for murder in September 2005 at Plymouth Crown Court and given a life sentence to serve a minimum of 12 years. He was released on license from HMP Dartmoor on Monday 16 July 2018. Local enquires are being carried out to locate and arrest Drake and the public are being asked to contact police with any sightings or information. Drake has links to Plymouth and Bristol. He is described as around 5ft 2inch tall and of slim build with short dark hair. Drake is not believed to be a direct danger to the public. Anyone who sees Ashley Drake or has any information as to his current whereabouts is asked to contact police on 999 quoting log 534 of Sunday 29 July.
