Rural Broadband Update

There have been some updates on the “Connecting Devon and Somerset” website indicating times that different parts of the Parish should gain access to faster internet.

Specifically, north of the village (generally connected to BT’s “Ashburton 2” cabinet) is shown as being live, and much of the rest of the Parish (connected via Mortonhampstead 4) should be ready in October. You can check which cabinet your phone line is connected with BT on their DSL Checker.

When the cabling is all in place an improved network connection will require discussion with your internet service provider.
