Thank You, and Good Luck for the 2014 Fair Tomorrow!

I would like to thank everyone in North Bovey for all their messages of support, by phone, email and card, following my recent heart failure. The overwhelming messages of support that I received from so many in the village were most encouraging and touched me deeply – thank you everybody! The good news is that I am now out of hospital, but must rest for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately I am not well enough yet to be able to help with the fair tomorrow, to organise the photo competition or to run around with my camera photographing everyone taking part for the village blog, including the sheep shearing, but I believe that the weather forecast is good, and I am sure that the fair will be an outstanding success. (Next year!)
I am looking forward to being back in North Bovey soon, amongst so many good friends.
