Another police message

This message relates to Crime Ref 7071/16.
Police received a report of theft from a vehicle parked in the car park at Dartmeet in Princetown.
Two females out walking a dog heard a noise and saw a man reaching into their vehicle removing/stealing a handbag and its contents left concealed under paper.
One of the females shouted after the man who made off in a Red Nissan Micra type vehicle. A rock had been used to smash the front nearside window around 1520hrs yesterday Tuesday 2nd February 2016.
The man was described as being white, of average height, of medium build, with shoulder length straggly blonde/ginger coloured hair, wearing a red jacket.
Residents are asked to be aware of this incident and remove all items from vehicles before leaving them unattended.
