Visit to the Village Christmas tree in N Bovey woods 12 noon Sat 6th Dec
The village Christmas tree is being selected soon and all children and parents are invited to join a guided walk to see the tree in North Bovey woods near the Yard hill entrance on Saturday 6th Dec at Noon before it is brought down to be erected on the Village Green. Leaf clearance from The Village Green 29/30 Nov 2014
A second clearance of Oak Leaves from The Village Green is due. All help welcome on Sat 29th at 1000hrs and/or Sun 30th 1000hrs Please bring a rake and if possible an empty green wheelie bin. A couple of hours should see a big improvement and coffee break in The Parish Hall well earned! Come join the team.

Leaf clearance from The Village Green
Thanks to all the volunteers who assembled on Sat 8th/Sun 9th November 2014 to carry out an initial leaf clearance from The Village Green. Thanks also to those Parishioners who made their Green bins available for the leaves to be composted via Teignbridge DC. When all the remaining leaves are down another session will be arranged in about two weeks time.

Join the Conservation Group to start clearing the leaves from the Village Green. Volunteers of ages welcome as “many hands make light work”. Saturday 8th at 1000hrs and/or Sunday 9th at 1400hrs. If you have a rake and/or green bin please bring them to the Green.

Parish Hall Store
Please can anyone shed any light on the large frame tent that has appeared in the Parish Hall store? There is a bag with the canvas and lots of grey poles. The Parish Hall Trust would appreciate the owner collecting it asap.Contact Rob Irving please.
