Baptism

Dear All, This coming Sunday is a very special day. Little Tilly Hilton is to be baptised at our informal service on Sunday morning. The service is at 11.00 am – PLEASE NOTE THE TIME AS THIS IS VERY UNUSUAL FOR US. This will be led by Simon and we invite you all to stay for refreshments afterwards. Do come and join with Dominic, Rebecca and Charlotte and their family and friends to witness Matilda’s baptism.
Can I also take this opportunity to thank all those who supported our recent Craft Fair. It obviously helped that the sun shone and made the occasion a great success. We made £490 for the church but more than that, we had a really pleasant social gathering and many of us took the opportunity to stock up with home-made jams, pickles, etc. Children and dogs played on the village green whilst adults shopped and chatted. The help received before, during and afterwards was particularly appreciated.
