Face Coverings in Church
In line with other areas of public gatherings the Diocese of Exeter have issued new guidance related to the wearing of face masks during church services. “We strongly advise that face coverings should be worn by all those attending a place of worship,including ministers, worshippers, staff, volunteers, contractors and visitors, where there may be otherpeople present; remembering that they are mainly intended to protect other people, not the wearer,from coronavirus COVID-19 and that they are not a replacement for physical distancing and regularhand washing.” It would be appreciated if all those entering the church could abide by the new guidelines.

Face Coverings Become Mandatory In All Shops and Retail Premises
Being socially responsibleFrom Friday, July 24, Government COVID-19 legislation changes mean it is mandatory to wear a face covering in all shops and retail premises.The measure will see all shops able to prevent entry to the premises to anyone not wearing a face covering. The new measure will see police given powers to issue a fixed penalty notice to anyone refusing to comply with the legislation, although Devon & Cornwall Police will be adopting an educate, engage and encourage approach with enforcement as a final option. I have never really tried astrophotography before, it is quite a challenge! Without a star-tracking device, it is difficult to avoid star trails, and also quite hard to focus the lens in the dark.
