North Bovey Belles WI
Snowmen, Father Christmas, one of the Three Kings, angels, crackers….. were just some of the Christmas crafts created by the ladies of the North Bovey Belles WI last Thursday. Many of us realised that it had been many years since we had done any “cutting out” and it was quite therapeutic. It was so easy to make something stunning to grace our sitting room this year. Our thanks to Sarah and Pamela for such an enjoyable evening. Next month is our Christmas…

Coast to coast! A Presentation!
Bob Small and Mike Peace are going to make a presentation about their run across the country in North Bovey Parish Hall on Friday 8th November at 7.30. There’ll be a slide show with interesting photos of their journey with Tracy and their dog Lola acting as the back up team as well as maps and books of the Coast to Coast Footpath. We’d liked to have an informal supper together and if you could “bring and share” something sweet or savoury, that would be great. There will be some drinks but if you’d like to bring your favourite tipple, please do! Tracy will coordinate the food /drinks, so please let her…
