Military Wives Choir in North Bovey

A great night was had by all with Sunday night’s concert in St.John’s parish church, North Bovey.  Despite the drizzle, there was food available from the barbeque provided by Michael Howard of Moretonhampstead, and a superb collection of raffle prizes organised by David Hubble from many generous local sponsors that raised over £300.  As well as the Military Wives Choir from Plymouth, there was a splendid performance from esteemed local tenor, John Colpoys-Wood of Chagford.
