Road Salt

Dear All,
You may have seen grey road salt bags at the roadside in the Parish?
Highways were not able to undertake this service this year so the bags have been filled and distributed by myself your Parish volunteers Snow Warden!
For a variety of reasons machine spreading of salt around the village and to Bughead Cross will not take place this winter so if you need to venture out in icy conditions I suggest to carry a small shovel in your vehicle so you are able to make use of the salt deposits in the Grey DCC salt bags.
