Armchair

Hi Everyone,

My father had a hip replacement yesterday and he is coming down to stay with us for a week or so whilst he gets back up and running again.

Apparently, he’s not meant to sit on sofas, he needs to sit somewhere where his knees are lower than his hips. I think if he sat on one of our sofas he’d never get up again!

We were wondering whether anyone in the village might have a high-backed/upright armchair we could borrow for a week whilst he’s here staying with us?
