True Grit

Some pics taken by Hazel here of us moving one of the new grit bins the other day.  This particular bin had been inadvertently delivered to the wrong position and it took a good working party about 20 minutes to re-site the offending bin.

Acting on behalf of North Bovey Parish Council we have been able to secure the 3 new grit bins; I expect you may have seen them:-

1                     Near Bughead Cross (the junction of B3212 and road from Hospit)

2                     Hospit

3                     Pound rock

Cnr. George Gribble paid for these in full and for which we are very grateful.

The Snow Patrol is, as ever, vigilant in case of snow and ice, of which not much has yet been seen.
