    Another message from the police

    A resident in the Teignmouth area reported receiving a phone call from a man using the name Neil Thomas, who said he was calling from the CPS (Crown Prosecution Service) and gave a contact number of 03302 233908 but this was not the number he was calling from. Neil said he was calling people to stop them receiving cold and silent calls. He went on to say that a monthly fee of £4.00 was needed to block these calls but pensioners would pay £1.90.     Dark Metailic Green Nissan Micra P616 BFJ

    A dark Green Metallic colored Nissan Micra registration P616BFJ seems to have been abandoned in North Bovey Village car park. Maintenance of the car park is planned and this car will have to be moved to allow for the work to be undertaken. Can anyone please advise who the owner is? Exact details are unknown and we are actively trying to identify the location or numbers attending.     There will be two events to commemorate and celebrate the life of Mark Turner. The first will be held Friday 18th December in St John the Baptist Church, North Bovey. There will be a private ceremony at 11:00am for immediate family only, during which Mark will be buried in the churchyard.
