Prizes for the Children's Art Exhibition
Sandy Nightingale (Day-Ellison) took this amazing selection of prizes she gathered to the lucky winners at Moretonhampstead School this morning. The first day back at school was a winner!
Sandy set the project and, for the first time this year, it included the whole school at the request of the Head, Nina Newington. That was a very busy day! And all their paintings were on display in St. John’s Church during the North Bovey Fair this year.
The talented work of the lucky children were selected by our judges Sarah & Tegan Rego who are both Primary School teachers.

Well done, Sandy et al. Hope this will be an annual event. Heard from the organiser of the first North Bovey Fair Hill Run today, who wants to do it again next year. IRS nice to see both things extending the scope of our little fair.
